As you know we have enjoyed a professional relationship for almost ten years that has included work on a dozen properties and within at least three states. When we first met many years ago you ran a crew that specialized in exterior siding, and I was immediately impressed with your consistent competitive pricing and the excellent quality of your work.

Over the years you have taken on numerous projects that required you to broaden your skills, and have completed projects for us relating to roofing, carpentry, exterior painting, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. I have also been impressed by the way that you have coordinated construction activities with the local building officials to maintain productive working relationships. It is my understanding that the roofing contract we recently completed at Signature Place was your largest roofing contract to date and I am pleased that it was completed on time and on budget.

While it is rare that a construction project goes from conceptualization to completion without encountering a problem of some sort, I have been pleased that the problems encountered on our projects have been minimal. However, I have been very pleased with the level of service that you have provided by being on site as often as possible, anticipating potential problems and developing solutions in advance, and diligently working through issues until they are resolved.
